• If the lease contains a relocation clause and the lessor meets the criteria for that being invoked, then yes, you must relocate
• There are provisions in the retail legislation around where you can be relocated to and what rent can be charged at the new location
• The Landlord must also cover all reasonable costs incurred in relocating
• Can be a very positive experience if both parties act reasonably and in good faith
