Preparing employees for a relocation, arranging the relocation, procurement of IT infrastructure and navigating the physical relocation process requires vigilant planning and industry expertise.

To achieve a successful relocation, you’ll need to start the planning process early.  Key Stakeholders in the business should be identified, and a working group formed to meet regularly, at least three to six months before the relocation.  Assigning a ‘Change Champion’ within each business department supports staff during the change period.
